Responsibilities

Design and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Develop and oversee an integrated marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline campaigns.
Track key performance metrics to gauge marketing effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for goal attainment.
Lead user communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and tailored strategies for diverse user segments.
Manage the user lifecycle process from acquisition to retention, focusing on user base growth.
Ensure regulatory compliance in marketing strategies to leverage opportunities in changing regulations effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for crypto and digital assets.
Proficient in project management or equivalent.
Fluency in a European language.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a crypto exchange.
Skilled in communicating with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.
