Responsibilities include managing live chat interactions and support tickets, understanding customer needs, providing information on platform features, resolving complaints, and gathering feedback. Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers through live chat and support tickets in designated language queues
Assess customer needs and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions
Deliver comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes
Address customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up for resolution
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Facilitate feedback collection for process and product improvements, including evaluation of AI bots and internal tools
Participate in testing and validation of AI bots, automation workflows, and SOPs
Strive to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by team leaders

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
Proficient in IT with the ability to handle technical customer queries
Strong written communication skills and active listening capabilities
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Basic understanding of AI concepts and exposure to AI-powered tools or chatbots
Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is advantageous
Fluency in English and Danish
Open to working weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
