Manage vendor-related dispute tickets, including various scam types investigation requests.
Handle ticket management, process refunds accurately, and resolve bank verification issues.
Monitor daily transactions, sweep activities, and participate in operational meetings actively.
Conduct investigations for operational issues and provide guidance to Customer Support teams.

Requirements:

Proven track record in reviewing and ensuring compliance with operational policies.
Proficiency in training sessions for policy updates and effective communication.
Strong skills in resolving vendor disputes and investigating various scam types within defined timelines.
Experience in daily monitoring and documentation of transaction statuses.
Ability to support and educate Customer Service teams effectively.
