We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing activities for an organization focusing on Sports and Prediction markets. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in similar roles within the Sports or Predictions markets, demonstrating the ability to drive profitable and rapid growth in a competitive sector.

This role entails the management and optimization of digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels for B2C engagement. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and refining impactful strategies to lead customer acquisition and drive new business revenue within Sports and Prediction markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and refine campaigns on various platforms like Search, Social Media, Display, and Video.
Optimize daily budgets, bids, and pacing to enhance ROI and user acquisition effectiveness.
Customize creative and messaging in alignment with regional regulations, sports calendars, and user intent.
Leverage data to segment users based on behavior, geography, interests, or device for improved targeting efficiency.
Integrate internal and external data sources to enhance audience targeting and campaign performance.

Measurement & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other platform-specific dashboards.
Produce detailed reports on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
Provide insights to various teams including creative, product, and compliance departments.

Compliance & Market Awareness:

Ensure all marketing activities align with state-level regulations and partner standards.
Stay updated on legal requirements, industry trends, and competitor strategies in the Sports and Predictions sector.

Requirements:

7-10 years of performance marketing experience in rapidly growing companies.
Expertise in Sports and Predictions Trading, with the ability to develop compelling acquisition messaging.
Comfortable in dynamic environments and proven track record managing campaigns with significant budgets.
Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle in the Sports and Predictions sector.
Proficiency in SaaS analytics tools and attribution platforms.
Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
Experience collaborating with various teams and strong negotiation skills.
Passion for sports and prediction markets, along with experience in traditional and decentralized finance trading.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
