Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various projects
Engage in architectural decisions, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation Identify and solve complex problems in the blockchain protocol
Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to create scalable back-end services
Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities
Work closely with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering advancements

Proficiency in various technologies, quick learner with a proactive attitude
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing competing requirements from multiple stakeholders

Enthusiasm for learning, collaborative work, and providing and receiving feedback
5+ years of engineering experience, particularly in strong backend development (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang)
Experience in utilizing basic cryptographic primitives and knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms
Familiarity with or interest in Go, Rust, and basic blockchain system internals
