Job Summary

We are in search of a Growth & Operations Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations aimed at boosting downloads, activation, and continuous usage of our payment and mobile app in key markets across Latin America. This pivotal role involves harmonizing digital products with offline adoption channels to drive robust user acquisition, high activation rates, and tangible impact in targeted local markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Embark on offline acquisition strategies and growth endeavors within specified Latin American markets to boost app downloads, drive payment adoption, and enhance activation among individual customers and small-scale merchants.
• Scout and collaborate with local vendors, retail associates, and distribution channels to extend touchpoints and facilitate app installations for users.
• Strategize and execute growth campaigns, keeping a close eye on essential metrics like new user growth and retention rates.
• Choose, onboard, and oversee third-party vendors, promoters, and channel partners in assigned regions for effective collaboration.
• Develop scalable playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent vendor performance and quality execution.
• Monitor and evaluate field performance metrics, leverage data insights to guide decisions, optimize acquisition expenditure, and fine-tune channel distribution.
• Employ user behavior and cohort analysis to refine field strategies and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with local management and global teams to tailor messaging and pricing strategies to suit regional nuances.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in fields like marketing operations, sales operations, channel management, or user acquisition, ideally within tech platforms, payments, or marketplace sector.
• Proficiency in analytics, actively utilizing performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating and managing third-party vendors or field teams.
• Comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments with multi-regional coordination.
• Business fluency in the English language.
