Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem driving the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding design work for various creative needs within the Binance cryptocurrency exchange platform. Reporting to the Global Design Lead, the designer will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier digital graphic design, merchandise, campaign assets, and effective communications across multiple channels such as social media, websites, events, and digital marketing. Additionally, the candidate will provide mentorship to junior designers, oversee team administration, and act as the main point of contact for local marketing teams in the MENASA region.

Responsibilities:

Translate creative direction into compelling and on-brand designs for various campaigns.
Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and copywriters to create integrated creative campaigns.
Plan and develop innovative communications, design, and content in coordination with senior designers.
Lead and support creative efforts on key campaigns in the MENASA region and beyond.
Continuously challenge and innovate the creative design process.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in daily creative activities.
Produce engaging digital creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and incorporate learnings to enhance future activities.
Support the creation and delivery of brand assets and content as needed.
Regularly review and optimize creative designs.
Manage daily tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of work.
Foster a positive and innovative culture within the global creative team.
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing with team members, including onboarding new designers.
Collaborate with external suppliers and freelancers if required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global marketing teams to uphold the Binance brand vision.
Encourage learning and skill development within the creative team.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of design experience within a global business or agency setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in a high-volume online business environment, preferably in lifestyle, sports, fashion, or crypto.
Customer-centric approach towards design.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D software and Gen AI knowledge is advantageous.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working with third-party agencies.
Positive and influential personality.
Proficiency in task management tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Asana, and Google Docs.
