Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and managing content for various platforms.
Support internal communication initiatives, particularly with lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Participate in optimizing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns.
Contribute to ASO testing and improvements, as well as SEO strategy execution.
Engage in growth experiments and aid in performance metric analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team on day-to-day tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements:

Keen interest in crypto/blockchain technology; prior experience in Web3 or tech marketing is beneficial.
Working knowledge of managing paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), with a willingness to deepen understanding.
Basic understanding of ASO/SEO would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities.
Proficient in English to liaise with international partners; knowledge of Ukrainian or other languages is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive team player eager to learn and grow.
