About the role:

We are in need of a skilled individual for the position of Graphic and Motion Designer to develop captivating visual content that enhances our brand, products, and educational materials. The role entails creating impactful graphics for our website, articles, and other organic content, as well as generating motion graphics to bolster product and concept explanations.

This position is contractual and fully remote, requiring collaboration with global teams across diverse time zones.

Responsibilities

Design top-tier static graphics and illustrations to complement website content.
Produce captivating motion graphics (animations, brief videos, explainer segments) to simplify intricate topics related to cryptocurrency and finance.
Work closely with content writers, content leads, and product marketers to convert concepts into visual storytelling.
Ensure visual assets adhere to brand guidelines, meet industry regulations, and are optimized for SEO, AIO, and accessibility.
Establish and maintain a well-organized asset library and version control system for all visual deliverables.
Stay updated on design trends, especially within fintech, crypto, and educational content formats.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in fintech, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
Experience creating content for online platforms.
Showcase a portfolio highlighting both static design and motion work.
Demonstrate a keen eye for clean design, typography, layout, and animation timing.
Ability to interpret complex ideas and translate them into visual mediums.
Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.
Interest in cryptocurrency and financial products.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Figma.
Background in web UX and content design.
Experience working alongside content or SEO teams.
