Responsibilities:

Lead front-end projects to drive rapid delivery, quality, and business value.
Be actively involved in coding and key architectural decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Previous experience with React or Vue is beneficial for our internal framework.
Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team of developers.
Excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Capable of remote work with flexible hours and adept time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience, specifically in mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
Demonstrated success in project delivery and milestone achievement.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical contributions.
