About the Opportunity

As the Principal Product Manager focusing on enhancing the crypto trading experience, you will be instrumental in shaping our product offering. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution in local markets. Your primary goal will be to drive user growth and business impact through global crypto features and tailored local value propositions, making crypto investments simple and accessible to all. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will spearhead key product initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional user experiences and driving growth. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define a clear product vision and strategy for the exchange platform, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.
• Trading Experience Optimization: Enhance the trading experience on the platform by improving order book trading, strategy trading, and market data analysis.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
• User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about cryptocurrency regulations and industry best practices to ensure platform compliance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and coach a team of product managers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and insights to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of product management experience, with 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in cryptocurrency or financial services.
• Trading Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, including order types, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Product Management Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and anticipate market trends and customer needs.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements.
