About the Role:

Looking for a dedicated individual to lead critical game features with top-notch quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be passionate about QA for games, willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality, and capable of leading their team to excellence. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and goal orientation are essential for this role.

Responsibilities: What you’ll do

Design Collaboration: Actively participate in setting quality and testing targets during design kickoff meetings.
Test Coverage: Maintain comprehensive test coverage to maximize efficiency and identify bugs effectively.
Quality Analysis: Monitor and analyze bug data to ensure high quality output.
Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute industry-leading test coverage according to KPIs throughout the development cycle.
Embedded QA Leadership: Represent QA within development teams to uphold quality standards.
Risk Management: Collaborate to communicate, plan, and mitigate risks related to quality.
Milestone Accountability: Accountable for the quality delivered at every milestone.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive QA documentation to ensure consistent testing procedures.

Qualifications: Who you are and what you’ve done

Proven experience in Senior QA Analyst roles.
Understanding of Github UI and Git commands for local testing.
High-level experience testing in Unity.
Strong knowledge of scalable feature management and testing.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Proficient in bug tracking and visualization tools.
Ability to create comprehensive test plans and coverage.
