Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product marketing strategies focused on driving user connections and deposits.
Establish a transparent TVL funnel and dashboard to monitor user engagement and deposit activities.
Coordinate partner co-marketing initiatives with various platforms, ensuring effective distribution and visibility.
Lead three strategic experiments with defined success metrics and criteria.
Provide guidance and support to the team, equipping them with actionable playbooks and resources for independent execution.

Requirements:

Required:

Minimum 4 years of experience in crypto growth and marketing within various sectors.
Proven track record of driving deposits and TVL growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness and efficient payback strategies.
Proficiency in developing and implementing dashboards, creative briefs, and clear written communications.

Preferred:

Familiarity with creator/referral programs, customer lifecycle management, and B2B2C marketing strategies.
Experience in institutional marketing tactics and engagement.

Success Metrics (First 90 Days):

Aiming for a significant increase in TVL with substantial partner and organic contributions.
Executing channel tests with a focus on achieving quick payback on deposits.
Establishment of an efficient operational system including dashboards, calendars, and playbook utilization.
