Job Responsibilities:

Participation in daily product development tasks for both frontend and backend aspects.
Demonstrate proficiency in smart contract functionality and Dapp development.
Gain a thorough understanding of product logic and user requirements.
Engage in regular communication with growth, design, and development teams.
Offer constructive solutions to challenges that arise.
Create and maintain test cases and system documentation.
Address and resolve bugs promptly.

Qualifications:

Verbal fluency in Mandarin is essential (writing skills are not required).
Proficiency in Vue framework for frontend development.
Experience with Express/Django for backend development.
Familiarity with Mysql+Mongo databases.
Proficiency in using Gitlab and Sentry for code collaboration.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
Language proficiency in the following order: JS/TS, Python, Go.
An advantage if you have AI experience and are familiar with AI/ML concepts and tools to enhance product functionality.

Interview Process:

Test: Expect to complete an online test or a take-home assignment assessing relevant skills.
Recruiter Call: A brief discussion to review your background and discuss the role.
Team Interview: A comprehensive session with the team you would collaborate with, focusing on technical skills and teamwork.
Final Interview: The last interview session, which may involve higher-level management or decision-makers. All interviews will be conducted remotely via Zoom or Google Meeting to accommodate global candidates.
