We’re a fast-growing Web3 agency, operating fully remote and working with projects across global markets. This is a full-time role where you’ll manage and grow multiple client accounts, building campaigns that cut through the noise and leveraging in-house tools designed for speed and scale.

Content & Community

▫️ Build and schedule content calendars 2 weeks ahead
▫️ Write 1–3 daily tweets and threads for client accounts
▫️ Reply to mentions, comments, and community posts in brand voice
▫️ Track news, memes, and market shifts to create reactive content
▫️ Expand reach by tagging and interacting with KOLs and influencers

Client Strategy & Management

▫️ Lead weekly client calls to review performance and adjust strategy
▫️ Optimise Twitter/X profiles for visibility, credibility, and conversions
▫️ Advise clients on best practices, pitfalls, and growth opportunities
▫️ Build clear guides covering tone of voice, do’s/don’ts, and escalation rules

Reporting & Crisis Comms

▫️ Deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
▫️ Draft quick-response playbooks for FUD, hacks, or negative press
▫️ Filter inbound messages, flagging leads and opportunities

Collaboration & Growth

▫️ Work with design/campaign teams to deliver graphics, memes, and videos
▫️ Create content docs with long-form narratives, angles, and messaging pillars
▫️ Consistently update clients on the direction and progress of socials

What We’re Looking For

▫️ Experience managing Twitter/X for crypto brands (links to examples)
▫️ Strong copywriting across tweets and threads
▫️ Sharp instincts for trends, tone, and timing
▫️ Confident communicator who can lead client calls and set direction
▫️ Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts

Nice to Have

▫️ Experience hosting Twitter Spaces or community events
▫️ Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop)
▫️ Familiarity with analytics tools and UTM tracking
▫️ Agency experience handling multiple clients
