An opportunity available to join the Dora Team. Seeking an experienced HR professional to overlook the entire employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and onboarding and offboarding tasks. The focus will be on ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, while offering support in formulating and enforcing HR policies. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about human resources and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Oversight of activities related to the employee lifecycle, such as benefits administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Collaborating on HR policy creation, execution, and enforcement.
Maintenance of precise employee records and HR databases.
Assisting the Recruiter in the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Addressing employee queries regarding HR protocols, processes, and benefits.
Managing administrative duties like daily procurement, employee scheduling, document management, and expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not mandatory).
Approximately 5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and operate independently in a remote setup.
Preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Logistics

Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to review your background and the role.
Team Interview: A comprehensive 45-60 minute session with the team you'll work with, focusing on your technical skills and team compatibility.
Final Interview: A closing interview of around 45 minutes possibly involving higher-level management or final decision-makers.
All interviews conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting to accommodate a fully remote recruitment process for candidates worldwide.
