The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate / Manager will play a key role in enhancing the company's transfer pricing policies and documentation, facilitating intercompany transactions, preparing Local File/Master File documents, and handling Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing, ensuring adherence to global tax accounting standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR) in alignment with OECD and local regulations.
- Contribute to the management of the Group transfer pricing model, implementing transfer pricing policies, and legal agreements for intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate with finance teams and consultants for the timely submission of CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2, and other transfer pricing filings.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in transfer pricing or tax, with at least 2 years in-house or at a Big 4/consulting firm; fintech/tech exposure beneficial.
- Profound understanding of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File requirements, BEPS Pillar 2, and CbCR.
- Ability to adapt and engage in hands-on operational transfer pricing practices.
