Responsibilities

Conduct research on product user experience and functionalities.
Gather user feedback on payment products and provide valuable suggestions for enhancements.
Assist new users in troubleshooting issues during the onboarding process.
Aid product managers in creating product-related materials like FAQs and training resources.

Requirements

Proficiency with EU payment products like SEPA and Card payment.
Solid grasp of user experience concepts.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail with excellent writing skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.
Availability to commit to a 5-day-per-week schedule for a period of 6 months.
