The Opportunity:

We are in search of a Senior Product Designer to enhance our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Your role will involve creating visually stunning product experiences that cater to new audiences and various devices. Joining a design-focused organization, you will have the autonomy to bring your design vision to life while collaborating with a team of passionate designers, developers, and product managers.

Responsibilities:

Design and create landing pages
Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Shape product positions and features within content and layouts
Contribute to the marketing design system including typography, color schemes, components, and graphics
Develop product features for web and design web versions of app features
Contribute to the web design system
Create engaging visuals and animations using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
Produce product mockups and graphics that align with the brand
Establish measurable goals for website performance and individual pages
Analyze analytics using tools such as Mixpanel
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define metrics for tracking

Skills & Experience:

Experience in cryptocurrency trading and holding crypto assets
4+ years of experience in product design for digital products
Proficiency in designing professional websites and web identities
Strong Figma skills including components, variables, and styles
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, and AI
Ability to solve complex problems and apply user-centered design and UX principles
Familiarity with various research methodologies and their applications
Demonstrate product vision and utilize data to drive product direction
Excellent communication skills in articulating design decisions to clients and stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers
