Mythical Games is currently looking to bring on board a Senior/Lead Product Manager for NFL Rivals, a distinct sports mobile title blending established F2P systems with advanced asset ownership and trading technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of gaming innovation, pushing boundaries, and crafting the future of the industry.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mythical Games to understand company goals, spearhead major game feature development, and drive effective execution of go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for optimizing live game features, overseeing operations, events, and updates to boost player engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of major game features, including go-to-market strategies.
Enhance player engagement and revenue by optimizing live game features, managing operations, events, and updates.
Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and data teams to transition high-level opportunities into actionable feature designs.
Produce and refine clear game specifications, deliver prompt feedback, and guide feature iteration with the team.
Stay abreast of market trends and best practices to enhance roadmap features and introduce innovative ideas.
Requirements:
3+ years of product management / design experience in F2P games; experience with web3, digital assets, and trading is a plus.
Proficiency in business statistics, data interpretation, and Excel (knowledge of SQL is beneficial).
Thorough understanding of F2P mobile KPIs and their connections.
Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear team alignment.
Strong project management skills, including tradeoff understanding, risk mitigation, and delivering high-quality work.
Ability to design experiences that shape positive player behaviors.
Passion for football is advantageous but not mandatory.
The total compensation package for this role includes base salary based on the employee's work location, corporate bonuses, and equity plan eligibility. Compensation tiers are varied by location, and the base salary will depend on factors such as education, experience, market demands, and business needs.
