Ideal Qualifications:

12+ years of pertinent financial operations experience and leadership in service delivery within high-volume transactional businesses.

5+ years of team management and leadership experience.

Proficiency in managing reconciliation functions for global enterprises, adapting to new product and market demands.

Background in finance transformation and automation, utilizing tools to enhance reconciliation processes.

Strong process design acumen and familiarity with reconciliation best practices.

Demonstrated record of ensuring global reconciliation metrics are consistently met.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a knack for cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Thorough understanding of accounting, reporting, and internal control requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience or familiarity with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

This role is open to qualified candidates eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship.

Our compensation structure considers various factors and business needs.

Base Pay Range: $190,000 - $242,500

Annual Bonus Target: 20%
