We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team, focusing on effectively managing and expanding our affiliate network. This role entails working closely with key industry figures to ensure the success of their promotional activities while also collaborating with internal departments to provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, a background in marketing or public relations, and exceptional communication skills for both internal and external engagements. To stand out in Binance's extensive affiliate network, the chosen candidate must deliver significant value through their work, aiming to outperform competitors in securing top affiliates.

Proficiency in utilizing internal tools is crucial for this role, necessitating quick learning and collaboration with developers to improve systems, resolve issues, and conduct thorough analyses of existing data.

As part of the recruitment process, applicants are required to evaluate the current state of the affiliate program and provide a concise cover letter outlining the recommended strategies Binance should adopt to expand the affiliate channel further. A challenging test task will also be administered following the initial interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media, and influencers through cold outreach, including negotiations, onboarding, and necessary paperwork.
• Manage key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communication, analyzing performance, and offering improvement suggestions.
• Develop and implement ROI-focused promotional campaigns.
• Generate reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
• Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Detect and address fraud, uncovering new scam schemes and partner manipulation tactics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech sector, with a preference for crypto experience.
• Background in business development is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders, while knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
