Community Manager - English) (For Telegram)

Location: Remote (Must work as per Indochina Time)
Salary: max 3,000 USDT per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 12 PM and then 1 PM – 6 PM (Indochina Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday & 2nd Saturday of every month
English Proficiency Required: Must have professional-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Hotcoin’s online community, particularly on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
Engage with users, address queries, and foster discussions to boost engagement.
Moderate community platforms to ensure a positive and informative environment.
Plan and execute community campaigns, contests, and AMAs.
Track community trends and feedback to improve user experience and product offerings.
Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align community strategies.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in crypto community management.
Familiarity with the top 10 crypto projects.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working with Hotcoin is preferred.
Proficiency in using Telegram bots, Discord tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to handle crisis communication and manage community sentiment effectively.
