About the position
EPASS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and drive our company's growth and success. As COO, you will oversee all operational aspects of our business, including product development, customer support, marketing, and financial management. You will work closely with the founders and other executives to develop and execute the company's strategy. You will also ensure that our product meets our customers' needs.
Currently, our project is at the pre-seed stage, requiring investment for further development. The team is a startup's most important resource, without a strong staff, it's impossible to launch a successful product or find an investor. As a result, we are now building a team that will be able to start working in 3 months, during which we plan to secure investment.

Work closely with our founders to ensure company goals are accomplished and operations run efficiently
Run and own selected business activities from beginning to end
Participate in all aspects of our business activities, including investor presentations
