About the Role

We are seeking an individual to lead our Human Resources and People function at Swap. The position involves managing and supporting our global team across our prominent locations in London, New York, Amsterdam, and Israel. You will have the flexibility to work at our London office on a hybrid basis to enhance our company culture.

About You

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience leading a worldwide benefits and well-being strategy
• In-depth knowledge of benefits policies, regulations, and system tools in the US and UK
• Familiarity with HRIS technology and international benefits administration
• Ability to address strategic HR issues and propose alternative solutions
• Excellent collaboration skills in a complex organizational setting
• Proficiency in building relationships with global partners
