Quintes Protocol is building a category-defining digital asset designed for scalable, sustainable growth. We are looking for a Community Manager Lead & Content Writer to take charge of our global community presence, voice, and engagement strategy.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.), ensuring they are active, informed, and welcoming

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase user participation, retention, and advocacy

Write clear, compelling content for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and announcements that align with Quintes’ brand voice

Plan and host AMAs, events, contests, and interactive sessions to foster engagement

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce content that is visually aligned with brand aesthetics

Track and report community growth metrics, sentiment, and engagement trends

Manage moderators and ambassadors, ensuring they are aligned with brand objectives and guidelines

Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, and partner communities to expand Quintes’ reach

Preferred:

Experience leading community growth for a crypto or fintech project from early stage to scale

Deep familiarity with crypto community behavior, memes, and trends

Ability to work across time zones and manage a global audience

Portfolio of past community campaigns and written content
