Opportunity

As the Global HRBP Lead for Corporate Functions, you will have a crucial role within our Human Resources team. You will contribute to creating a people-centric work environment and experience for our global teams. Leading a team of HRBPs, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and team building. Fluency in English and Mandarin is ideal to facilitate communication across international teams. You will also contribute to improving HR processes, systems, and implementing global HR programs.

Your role will mainly focus on supporting our Corporate Functions team, which includes Legal, Compliance & Government, HR, Admin, Leadership Growth, and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global HR strategic partnership to business leaders to implement people strategies and programs that align with the business's growth and direction.
  • Develop business acumen to drive HR solutions aligned with the overall business strategy and operational needs.
  • Mentor and guide the HRBP team to become a reliable HR partner.
  • Coach leaders on talent attraction, development, performance management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and other people-related matters.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for development and inform better decision-making.
  • Increase collaboration between HR and business units and provide recommendations to business leaders.
