The company is currently looking for an experienced and data-oriented professional to take on the role of an Email Marketing Manager. This individual will spearhead multichannel messaging strategies, concentrating on email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages to enhance user engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

Principal duties:

Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns aiming at achieving business goals.
Utilize automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
Employ data analytics to discern trends and improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage and segment a vast user base while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Create compelling email templates focusing on cross-device compatibility.
Personalize content for user conversion optimization.
Collaborate with various teams to guarantee campaign alignment with overarching business objectives.
Project manage using tools like Jira to track and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

5+ years of email marketing or related field experience.
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Braze.
A proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing automation and best practices.
Expertise in data analysis using tools like R, Python, and SQL.
Experience managing large user databases and ensuring data privacy compliance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge of HTML, Liquid, and/or Handlebars is advantageous.
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
