The company is currently looking for an experienced and data-oriented professional to take on the role of an Email Marketing Manager. This individual will spearhead multichannel messaging strategies, concentrating on email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages to enhance user engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Principal duties:
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns aiming at achieving business goals.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Employ data analytics to discern trends and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and segment a vast user base while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Create compelling email templates focusing on cross-device compatibility.
- Personalize content for user conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams to guarantee campaign alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Project manage using tools like Jira to track and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of email marketing or related field experience.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Braze.
- A proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and best practices.
- Expertise in data analysis using tools like R, Python, and SQL.
- Experience managing large user databases and ensuring data privacy compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, Liquid, and/or Handlebars is advantageous.
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
