About the Role: 
We are looking for a Trader to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will execute cryptocurrency spots, engage with institutional clients, and provide timely market insights to support their trading decisions. You will be responsible for trade execution, risk management, and ensuring high-quality client service aligned with Bitcastle’s growth objectives.
Provide data support to business teams by analyzing user/customer data, trans- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
Execute cryptocurrency spots for clients
Drive client engagement through consistent, proactive outreach and maintain relationships through personalized market insights, risk management guidance, and strategic engagement tailored to clients' objectives and risk appetite

Demonstrate strong P&L accountability and maintain a focus on revenue generation

Requirements: 
At least 1-2 years of experience working as a Trader in a cryptocurrency exchange
Understanding of financial markets and trading principles
Strong communication skills with the ability to build client trust
Ability to translate market information into relevant client insights
Strategic approach to client service with commercial acumen focused on revenue opportunities
Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto markets
Preferred Qualification: 
Personal cryptocurrency trading experience
Experience at investment banks, brokerages, or crypto trading institutions
Knowledge of traditional financial products
Familiarity with crypto market structure and key participants
Experience with major crypto exchanges and trading platforms
Experience using trading terminals and order management systems

About the Role: 
We are looking for a Trader to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will execute cryptocurrency spots, engage with institutional clients, and provide timely market insights to support their trading decisions. You will be responsible for trade execution, risk management, and ensuring high-quality client service aligned with Bitcastle’s growth objectives.
Be responsible for all marketing efforts and create the overall marketing strategy for Bitcastle with clear objectives and measurable results.
Manage the creation of global marketing efforts and advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
Develop and execute promotions and content for email and website marketing
Use analytical tools to measure and report on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Leverage insights from trend and information analysis to optimize advertising spend and performance based on goals.
Requirements: 
Native or N1 Japanese language proficiency
Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, from organic marketing channels to advertising
 Experience as a CMO or in a similar strategic marketing leadership role
Experience in cryptocurrency web advertising or digital marketing operations
Has experience in creating banners, videos, etc.
