Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Front-End Web Developer who can adeptly harmonize design aesthetics with programming expertise. Key responsibilities include translating UI/UX design concepts into actionable code to craft the visual aspects of applications. Working hand-in-hand with the UI/UX design team within the Marketing department, you will bridge the gap between visual design and technical functionality, influencing both the look and operation of the applications. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform abstract ideas into flawless, responsive interfaces that align with business objectives.
Convert design mockups into functional, responsive web assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ensure that all designs are technically feasible across various device sizes and input methods.
Create clean, reusable, and scalable code leveraging modern frontend frameworks, languages, and coding practices.
Enhance website performance by optimizing architecture, assets, and code for speed, efficiency, and user experience.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to develop intuitive, high-performing digital solutions that enrich customer interactions.
Contribute to building reusable code libraries and set standards for components.
Stay updated on emerging technologies through continuous learning and research.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs, conduct cross-browser compatibility testing.
Implement tracking, analytics, and tools to measure KPI metrics and identify optimization areas.
Translate complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4-8 years of experience crafting responsive, user-centric web applications with modern frontend frameworks.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
Proficient in frontend architecture, build tools, and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
Skilled in frontend optimization practices and Search Engine Optimization.
Proficient with tools such as Nginx, webpack, and knowledge of frontend deployment procedures.
Strong self-motivation to stay current with evolving technologies and tools.
Experience with design software like Figma and Photoshop.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
