Responsibilities

Develop and implement a thorough BD strategy to engage new crypto exchange partners and Projects

Collaborate closely with the trading, technology, and operations teams to deploy and refine market making solutions

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Work alongside the leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in a BD and structuring role, ideally within the crypto and financial services sector

Profound understanding of crypto market structure, trading, and market making principles

Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining relationships with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, and other market entities

Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative issue resolution

Knowledge of trading and market making technologies, infrastructure, and industry best practices

Solid analytical skills and strategic thinking

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Enthusiasm for the crypto and fintech landscape

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
