About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our user base and onboard token projects looking for real growth tools.
You will:
Identify and connect with early-stage Solana token founders and growth leads
Demonstrate our platform’s value in increasing visibility, transaction volume, and organic holder acquisition
Develop and manage a pipeline of crypto-native projects launching on Raydium, Meteora, PumpSwap, and similar DEXs
Collaborate closely with our product team to align tools and strategies with client needs
 
 
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, token launch mechanics, and DEX analytics
Experience in crypto/Web3 business development, partnerships, or sales
Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable explaining growth strategies simply and convincingly
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify opportunities to collaborate with new and emerging projects that are at the intersection of DeFi and AI
Manage existing project relationships and help teams integrate AI into their offerings and roadmaps
Regularly monitor market for new trends in the AI and DeFi space
Formulate strategies for integrating AI into ecosystem narrative and architecture
Establish role as an active community leader and ambassador on social media, highlight and elevate top community proposals and ideas
Monitor key liquidity and volume metrics, and collaborate both with external partners and internally with marketing to increase awareness
Assist in creating new exchange partnerships and listings for ecosystem projects
Analyze existing market data and provide updates on metrics to key stakeholders
Attend global conferences and coordinate partnership meetings, ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable opportunity
 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's Degree or higher
5+ years of experience within trading or finance preferred
Strong understanding of AI and DeFi, finger on the pulse of new trends in this nascent space
Previous experience with DeFi and/or AI projects
Experience analyzing and assessing market data
Detail-oriented mindset
Great written/verbal communication
Social media presence preferred
Product management/development experience preferred
 
Salary Range: $159,197 to $198,996

About The Role

Immutable is undergoing rapid expansion through various revenue sources, entities, and product diversification. We are seeking a Head of Finance to enhance the financial foundations and oversee the core accounting function. This role will be responsible for group financial reporting, compliance, and enforcing financial controls.

The primary responsibilities include managing a lean team, driving the month-end procedures, audits, tax obligations, and overseeing financial systems. This position requires hands-on leadership to reshape operations as we continue to grow.

Ideal candidates should be qualified finance leaders with experience in dynamic, high-growth environments, ready to introduce structural enhancements where necessary.

Responsibilities

Empowerment areas for the Head of Finance at Immutable encompass:

Leading group financial reporting following IFRS standards, overseeing various financial activities including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation across multiple entities.

Managing statutory reporting across different jurisdictions and coordinating external audits yearly.

Handling all group tax requirements and compliance filings as per regulations (GST, FBT, PAYG, R&D, international tax).

Supervising and refining the financial systems of the group, including NetSuite and billing systems, ensuring accurate setup, data integrity, and reporting.

Developing and enforcing robust internal controls, accounting procedures, and risk frameworks.

Enhancing reporting efficiency, reducing close timelines (target: 5-6 business days), and enhancing data quality through process improvements and tools.

Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure precise accounting treatment for new ventures, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Leading and nurturing a high-performing team across controllership, treasury, and digital asset operations.

Requirements

We seek candidates who can bring the following to the role:

Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA.

Over 5 years of senior finance experience, with a track record in overseeing group reporting, audits, and tax compliance.

Solid knowledge of IFRS standards and proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.

Proficiency in managing external audits and multiple-entity statutory reporting.

Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and a strong skill set in Excel.

Demonstrated capability in enhancing finance operations through tooling or automation.

Experience in high-paced, growth-focused environments like startups, scaleups, or tech companies.

Previous exposure to top-tier consulting or professional services.
