About the Role:
We are looking for a Fraud Monitoring Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud monitoring processes to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities and unusual transaction patterns within our forex trading platform. You will ensure timely review and escalation of fraud alerts, maintain compliance with internal standards, and support reporting to management for effective risk management.
- Manage and oversee scenarios embedded in the Fraud Monitoring System and fraud risk indicators to monitor internal and external activities for fraudulent behavior and unusual transaction patterns
- Ensure fraud monitoring processes comply with the company's code of conduct and adhere to the highest standards of ethics
- Conduct timely reviews of fraud alerts and ensure proper escalation and closure through the appropriate channels
- Prepare periodic reports for management on the results of fraud monitoring, including corrective actions taken
- Use monitoring results and evaluations to standardize fraud monitoring processes and highlight risks noted during reviews to report them to relevant business units
Requirements:
