Investment and Strategic Partnership Associate / Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Investment and Partnership Associate/Manager and focus on driving deal origination, due diligence, and execution activities within the web3 industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in conducting thorough research and analyzing market trends to identify emerging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of investment and partnership deals within the web3 sector
• Support the implementation of partnership and incubation initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to evaluate potential web3 projects
• Stay informed on market dynamics within the cryptocurrency space to pinpoint emerging trends and growth prospects
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility and cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Prepare investment proposals, management presentations, and other reports for senior management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of professional experience in the web3 industry
• Ability to independently identify, evaluate, and close new investment and partnership opportunities
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to expanding industry connections and maintaining relationships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic cryptocurrency environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset and a keen interest in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Artificial Intelligence
