Senior Associate (Strategy Ops / BD & Partnerships / Investments)

Job Scope

We are looking for a Senior Associate to collaborate with our Managing Director in launching and overseeing our operations in the Middle East. This individual will be instrumental in shaping strategic plans, establishing commercial partnerships, and supporting investments, especially in the Web3 sector. The preferred candidate should have a background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or VC, along with experience in business development within a tech or Web3 organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Initiatives: Conduct market analysis, track trends, and contribute to the conception of strategic plans and operational programs to enhance our presence in the Middle East concerning Digital Asset Advisory, Investment Management, and Web3 Incubation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to implement strategies and ensure congruence with global headquarters' objectives.
• Commercial Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM): Formulate and execute commercial strategies and GTM plans to drive growth, increase engagement, and expand market share within target sectors like crypto startups, exchanges, and investment funds.
• Deal-Making & Collaborations: Lead partnership and deal-making activities, including identification, assessment, due diligence, negotiation, and structuring to support the growth of Digital Asset Advisory and Investment Management divisions.
• Reporting: Prepare and oversee routine Business as Usual (BAU) reports for leadership and internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate updates on performance metrics and strategic ventures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Independently craft high-quality reports and presentations for senior executives, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
• An MBA from a renowned global business school (post-MBA level) is highly desirable.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or VC roles.
• Experience in Business Development or Partnerships within a tech or Web3 company is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Web3 and emerging technologies is a notable advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Self-driven individual capable of excelling in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
