We are in search of an HR Operations Manager to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution of HR processes essential for supporting the company's growth trajectory. This position demands a hands-on approach in optimizing core HR operations, implementing best practices, and instigating continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, training, and internal transitions.
  • Execute end-to-end HR processes encompassing employee record maintenance, HRIS and ATS management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and GDPR.
  • Handle the drafting of employment contracts, addendums, and termination documentation as necessary.
  • Supervise visa applications and relocation endeavors by coordinating with new hires and pertinent visa issuers.
  • Support payroll functions by ensuring accurate collection and submission of HR data.
  • Sustain HR systems to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business requirements, leveraging new features as they are integrated.
  • Conduct HR analytics, derive actionable insights, offer necessary reporting to the management team, and facilitate the establishment of processes for routine data output reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Talent teams to address employee inquiries effectively.
  • Assist in various strategic projects alongside the broader HR and Talent teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree (BSc/MSc) from an accredited institution.
  • Hold 3-5 years of experience overseeing integral aspects of the HR function in a high-performing organization like a trading firm, rapidly evolving technology company, consultancy firm, or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in a non-HR function (e.g., consulting, strategy & operations) with a keen interest in transitioning to a people-centric role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data sets, and technology tools like HR systems.
  • Passion for Wintermute’s values, business ethos, and fostering high-performance environments.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality, willingness to take initiative for enhancements, and effectively execute operational tasks.
