About the Role
Our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) establish strong partnerships with business leaders and people managers to develop people-centric solutions that facilitate our business transformation journey. The role involves leveraging business and financial acumen to collaborate with HR COEs in addressing both present operational needs and aligning future-oriented people strategies with the overall business direction. HRBPs offer advice on team inspiration, talent development, employee relations, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a culture where individuals can reach their full potential.
As we undergo an exciting phase of transformation, HRBPs will engage in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, witness modern recruitment strategies, and contribute to the business's talent acquisition objectives, focusing on the central functions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide team leaders in understanding talent-related aspects as the organization scales
- Collaborate with HR COEs to implement effective talent growth strategies aligned with evolving business requirements
- Utilize data insights to identify development opportunities and make informed decisions in line with organizational principles
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among managers and employees in a high-performance environment
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and collaborate with stakeholders to address existing challenges
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment in a people-partnering role, particularly in managing a tech portfolio
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on, providing advisory support to the business beyond HR operational functions
