About the Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Administration Expert to support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administration, alignment with business strategies, and a focus on continuous operational enhancement. This role involves duties such as establishing and enhancing organizational information, developing systems and processes, and overseeing various work aspects to meet the company's operational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Stay updated on international administrative policies and align with the company's strategic direction to provide data, reports, analysis, and decision-making support for business development.
  • Research administrative policies, address business needs, and develop solutions to support the company's operations.
  • Plan and implement management systems to facilitate effective information management for operational excellence.
  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance the administrative software systems necessary for diverse tasks.

What We Look For In You

  • Global perspective and cross-industry understanding with professional administrative experience, analytical abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in strategic planning, global administrative policy research, data analysis, and strong logical reasoning skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability to travel across time zones, adept at project coordination and cooperation, with a broad situational awareness.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, over eight years of overseas administrative management experience, in-depth knowledge of office software, proficiency in English and Chinese languages (both spoken and written).
