Role Overview:
The position of Senior Associate, HR Operations, plays a crucial role in initiating and managing the implementation of our new HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role works closely with the Global Head of HR to ensure smooth HR operations, encompassing policy rollouts, payroll management, and benefits oversight. This opportunity is ideal for individuals well-versed in HR operations and systems, and who thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, located in our London office, with the option for partial remote work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and configuring the new HRIS system, HiBob.
- Support the expansion of HR policies globally.
- Operationalize and document fundamental HR processes, such as performance evaluations, compensation and promotion management, and handling work visas.
- Establish an HR dashboard and collaborate on KPIs and KRIs reporting for the HR department.
Key Duties:
HRIS & ATS Implementation & Maintenance
- Aid in configuring, implementing, and enhancing the organization’s new HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure data integrity, manage system updates, and address issues in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Act as the primary administrator and contact point for system-related queries and enhancements.
HR Operations
- Assist in formulating and introducing HR policies across international locations, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
- Update and manage HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, and compliance policies.
- Support payroll feed operationalization for timely and accurate data flow between HR systems, payroll providers, and the Finance team.
- Take charge of benefits administration, encompassing enrollments, renewals, and vendor liaison.
Employee Lifecycle & Administration
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures, inclusive of documentation, system setups, and compliance verifications.
- Support HR processes related to performance management, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR operational inquiries from employees and managers.
Qualifications:
- Possess 3-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS implementation, configuration, and maintenance (experience with HiBob required, Greenhouse preferred).
- Robust comprehension of HR processes, payroll feeds, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate HR reports and insights.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting tools.
Preferred Credentials:
- Prior experience in formulating and implementing HR policies in a multi-jurisdictional context.
- Background in the fintech or tech sector.
- Project management expertise.
- Knowledge of global HR compliance and employment laws.
- Familiarity with working alongside third-party payroll and benefits providers.
