Position Overview: Joining the administrative team at OKX presents you with the opportunity to shape and enhance the administrative operations on a global level, contributing significantly to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic administrative initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on continuous optimization of operations.
• Stay updated on global administrative policies and regulations, integrating them into the company's strategy, and providing essential data for decision-making.
• Research and propose tailored administrative solutions for the company's operations.
• Develop robust administrative management systems to facilitate effective information flow.
• Manage administrative software systems maintenance, optimization, and upgrades.
• Lead the establishment and improvement of departmental information structures to enhance system development and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Global perspective with experience in professional administration across diverse industries and regions.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, administrative policy research, and data analysis with strong problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence, stress tolerance, and willingness to collaborate across time zones.
• Minimum of eight years of overseas administrative management experience, ideally in medium to large tech companies.
• Proficiency in office software, fluency in English and Chinese languages, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 based on job-related factors and market location.
