Position Overview: Joining the administrative team at OKX presents you with the opportunity to shape and enhance the administrative operations on a global level, contributing significantly to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic administrative initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on continuous optimization of operations.
- Stay updated on global administrative policies and regulations, integrating them into the company's strategy, and providing essential data for decision-making.
- Research and propose tailored administrative solutions for the company's operations.
- Develop robust administrative management systems to facilitate effective information flow.
- Manage administrative software systems maintenance, optimization, and upgrades.
- Lead the establishment and improvement of departmental information structures to enhance system development and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Global perspective with experience in professional administration across diverse industries and regions.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, administrative policy research, and data analysis with strong problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence, stress tolerance, and willingness to collaborate across time zones.
- Minimum of eight years of overseas administrative management experience, ideally in medium to large tech companies.
- Proficiency in office software, fluency in English and Chinese languages, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 based on job-related factors and market location. Performance bonuses and long-term incentives may be included in the compensation package. Additionally, an array of benefits such as medical coverage are provided as part of the total compensation.
