Job Summary:
Flow Traders is in search of an HR Generalist for their HR & Recruitment team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing operational assistance to employees within Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. This opportunity allows you to join a prominent proprietary trading firm known for its entrepreneurial and innovative culture, encouraging creative minds to maximize their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, offering operational and HR support in person and via email
- Manage APAC benefits administration such as medical insurance and leave days
- Handle HR system administration to ensure updated employee records
- Take charge of administrative tasks for onboarding new hires and supporting existing employees, including contract drafting and preparation of employer statements
- Assist with internal relocation matters and visa processing
- Promote employee engagement and collaborate with Office Management to organize events
- Manage the annual engagement survey and ensure a smooth employee experience
- Support various ad hoc HR projects
- Assist in coordinating Recruitment activities within the region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on confidentiality
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Innovative mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement
