Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on both new and existing clients as part of due diligence procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the business, such as Client Services and Compliance, to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of clients.
  • Manage inquiries and requests from clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support in extracting data for the preparation of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily business-as-usual (BAU) transaction processes in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Engage in and contribute to ongoing enhancements in existing systems and processes to accommodate evolving needs.
  • Work closely with the internal technology team to define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate the platform's functionality and resilience.
  • Fulfill any other operational tasks as needed.
