Responsibilities:

Play a key role in gathering requirements from various stakeholders, including source teams, business users, product managers, and downstream applications.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and users to grasp business processes, challenges, and data from source systems.

Conduct thorough data analysis, profiling, mapping, and validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Identify and address data inconsistencies and process issues promptly.

Utilize data to develop data marts, machine learning models, GenAI applications, and identify data patterns and trends.

Extract data from different sources (source applications, data warehouse, cloud services, Excel, etc.) and create visualization dashboards and reports.

Work with cross-functional team members to deliver valuable business insights.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related analytics fields.

Previous internship experience as a data analyst working on data marts, visualizations, and advanced data analytics (Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI) is a plus.

Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.

Willingness to collaborate with diverse business and technical teams.

Basic understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS) and agile methodology.

Keen sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to drive results.

Enthusiasm for data, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on both new and existing clients as part of due diligence procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with various departments within the business, such as Client Services and Compliance, to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of clients.

Manage inquiries and requests from clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Support in extracting data for the preparation of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily business-as-usual (BAU) transaction processes in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Engage in and contribute to ongoing enhancements in existing systems and processes to accommodate evolving needs.

Work closely with the internal technology team to define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate the platform's functionality and resilience.

Fulfill any other operational tasks as needed.
