Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Private Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting private capital market transactions on our platform by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless transaction process and enhance the issuer onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Origination & Analysis:
- Evaluate potential issuers and products for listing on our platform.
- Conduct due diligence and transaction analysis to assess feasibility and compliance with platform requirements.
Transaction Execution & Deal Structuring:
- Collaborate internally across departments to support deal execution and structuring.
- Engage with external stakeholders to facilitate transaction progress and problem-solving.
- Assist in structuring issuances and prepare financial models for evaluation.
Issuer Onboarding & Account Management:
- Support the onboarding and management of issuance customers.
- Help manage accounts while ensuring engagement and satisfaction with the platform.
Subscription & Redemption Reporting:
- Report on subscription and redemption orders for funds on the platform.
- Handle distribution for funds with distribution share classes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in financial advisory or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
