Job Summary:
Reporting directly to our Group Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our investor base, driving revenue growth, and leading our sales teams within various regions. As the General Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to propel ADDX's business growth, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify market opportunities for expansion, cultivating new business relationships, and nurturing existing ones within specific target segments.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with ADDX's strategic business objectives.
- Utilize industry relationships and expertise to enhance ADDX’s market presence and investor connections.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership:
- Achieve revenue targets and sustain growth on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and existing networks.
- Maintain accountability for achieving pipeline generation, account development, and sales performance goals.
- Enhance sales processes efficiency and productivity, and devise strategies for scalability and revenue increase.
Role Requirements:
- At least 10 years of solid experience in financial services.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity, serving retail investors.
- Established business and client network in the Asia region.
- Proven track record in business plan development, strategy execution, and revenue growth delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and exhibit strategic thinking.
- Possess an agile and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in capital markets and sound knowledge of financial services regulations are advantageous.
