Overview:
ADDX requires a resourceful Digital Content Manager with a unique blend of expertise in financial markets, digital marketing, and a strong client-centric approach. As the Digital Content Manager, you will take on a crucial role in formulating and implementing the digital content strategy, primarily focusing on attracting new clients and enriching their comprehension of financial and alternative investment prospects. Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and high-quality content centered around financial markets and alternative investments across various formats such as articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to engage potential clients, plan targeted campaigns through online channels, and drive new client acquisition.
- Foster a deep understanding of the client base and collaborate on strategies aligning with client interests and ADDX's consumer business objectives. Engage with client account managers for feedback and content enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and consistently monitor and update knowledge of relevant guidelines.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, financial markets, and investment scenarios pertaining to the industry.
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of financial markets; familiarity with investment products and alternative investments deemed advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, encompassing campaign planning, social media, email marketing, and SEO tactics.
- Proficient in investment writing and content creation, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broad audience.
- Client-oriented mindset with the capacity to empathize with client needs and preferences, leading to client-centered content creation.
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments amid evolving client needs and market dynamics.
