Summary
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to shape and deliver impactful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product requirements that align with business objectives, focusing on growth and important finance-related features.
- Engage in collecting and prioritizing product requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Work alongside Product Managers to establish product roadmaps and feature specifications.
- Conduct thorough market research to guide product positioning, identify customer needs, address emerging market trends, and develop business proposals accordingly.
- Analyze potential partner relationships and formulate strategies to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
- Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog.
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Product Management, or a relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for presenting ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms is a plus.
