Responsibilities:
- Identify and shape private credit deals involving both public and private entities.
- Evaluate the specific requirements and issues of potential issuers.
- Guide issuers through the issuance process on ADDX, coordinating with various parties like introducers, issue managers, legal advisors, and marketing and distribution agents to ensure successful execution of the issuance.
- Enhance and refine the onboarding process for issuers and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to overall marketing endeavors to establish ADDX as the preferred platform for accessing capital markets efficiently.
- Collaborate across teams including Product, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, and Technology.
- Develop financial models to assess the viability of listing on the ADDX platform.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, or related disciplines.
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Financial Advisory Services, investment banking, management consulting, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated comprehension of capital markets, including market structure, key players, and products, along with adeptness in the business models of different financial institutions.
- Strong business insight and the ability to discern core challenges and priorities of various market participants.
- Experience in a dynamic environment that involves intricate modeling and analysis.
- Initiative-driven with excellent interpersonal and problems-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling uncertainty and working autonomously.
- Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and industry experts.
- Exposure to M&A or Capital Markets in China or working with Chinese clients is advantageous but not a compulsory requirement.
