We are seeking a Client Account Manager with a strong focus on sales, purpose, and expertise in financial markets and investment products. This role will work closely with our Consumer Group leadership to cultivate solid relationships with key accredited investors, provision tailored solutions, and provide valuable input for platform enhancements and client experience optimization. The ideal candidate should manage a sizeable client portfolio effectively, while also meeting specific demands of elite investors and identifying strategic partnership prospects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Proficiently onboard quality accredited investors aligned with our private markets investment proposition.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for top-tier clients, grasp their investment needs, and offer personalized solutions.
  3. Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with the Consumer Group to leverage client insights for identifying new opportunities.
  4. Client Support: Offer responsive and efficient client support, resolving issues promptly.
  5. Market Trends Understanding: Stay informed of industry trends and client dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams to align on client needs and enhance customer success.
  7. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations during client interactions.
  8. Adherence to Financial Regulations: Participate in training sessions to enhance product understanding and compliance awareness.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in client account management, investment advisory, or related fields.
  3. Existing network of affluent and high net-worth individuals is preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of investment products, including traditional and alternative markets.
  5. Understanding of client execution processes is advantageous.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  8. Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  9. Proficient in CRM software, with experience in Salesforce as a plus.
  10. Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development, strategic partnership, and fundraising plans across Klein Labs’ business lines, driving revenue growth, partnership conversion, and capital introduction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with exchanges, projects, DAOs, market makers, funds, family offices, HNWIs, and other key ecosystem participants.
Design and implement partnership models across market-making, OTC, treasury, ventures, and fund-related business lines to improve conversion efficiency and long-term value creation.
